Warehouse Manager 90k-120k

Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.Manages inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels, minimizing inventory costs by maintaining accurate records and efficient storage.Supervises warehouse staff, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.Leads order fulfillment and customer service KPIs.Maintaining and managing the equipment in the warehouse.Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers to secure the best rates.Working with 3PL Broker to select carriers for transportation and negotiating rates and contracts with carriers.Planning and monitoring in-bound and outgoing deliveries.Ensures timely delivery of products to customers, while minimizing shipping costs.May also be involved in import/export processes.Key Skills:Leadership and supervisory skills.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).Understanding of inventory management principles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software.Negotiation and communication skills.Example Job Duties:Training and supervising warehouse staff.Implementing and maintaining safety protocols.Managing warehouse equipment and facilities.Developing and implementing transportation strategies.Monitoring and evaluating supply chain performance.Collaborating with other departments to improve logistics.
