This highly visible leadership role will provide financial oversight and strategic guidance for a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts, partnering closely with Corporate Leadership, Operations Teams, General Managers, and Ownership Groups to drive financial performance and support long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic financial leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality properties.Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis initiatives.Review and analyze monthly financial statements and operating results.Partner with property leadership teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.Support capital planning, investment analysis, and long-term financial strategies.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.Mentor and develop finance leaders throughout the portfolio.Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and ownership groups.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience3–5+ years in a Director of Finance, Regional Director of Finance, Corporate Finance, or similar senior leadership roleHospitality, hotel, resort, or multi-property experience strongly preferredCPA and/or MBA preferred.Progressive finance leadership experience within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or related industries.Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insight and strategic partnership.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Proficiency with hospitality financial systems and reporting platforms.
