Job Description Job Title: Cyara IVR Test Automation EngineerExperience: 7+ YearsRate: 53$/Hr on 1099/ C2C.Location: Dallas TX – HybridEmployment Type: ContractJob DescriptionDesign and execute automated IVR test scripts using Cyara (Velocity / Pulse / Voice Assure)Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of IVR and contact center applications.Validate call flows, prompts, routing, ASR, TTS, and DTMF scenarios.Integrate Cyara automation with CI/CD pipelinesAnalyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.Support release validation, UAT, and production monitoringWork in Agile environments ensuring high-quality IVR solutions.Required Skills7+ years in IVR / Contact Center QA & AutomationStrong hands-on experience with Cyara toolsGood understanding of telecom, VoIP, SIP, and call flow testingExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.
