Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing biostatistics team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within a fast-paced biotech environment. Oversee the development of clinical evidence packages supporting peer-reviewed publications, regulatory submissions, and inclusion in clinical guidelines. Establish and enforce best practices for statistical programming, data validation, and analytical rigor to ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
