This role will work directly with the Director of FP&A and play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving processes, and enabling strategic decisions as the company grows.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate BudgetingSupport annual budgeting process, including model updates and data consolidationProject Budgeting & Cost ControlMaintain and support detailed project budgets across development and capex phasesTrack actuals vs. budget and forecast, identifying and explaining variancesEnsure consistency between project budgets and financial modelsCash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity ManagementMaintain and update cash flow forecastsTrack and allocate cash actuals across projects and accountsSupport preparation of capital call analyses and liquidity planningAssist in maintaining cash rollforwards and balance bridgesCorporate ForecastingConsolidate project and G&A forecasts from department headsMaintain and update corporate forecast modelsAnalyze and report on variances vs. budget and prior forecastsSystems & Process ImprovementImprove structure, consistency, and controls across financial models and datasetsSupport development of scalable FP&A processes and toolsHelp implement best practices for version control, data integrity, and reportingReporting & AnalysisPrepare variance analysis across projects, G&A, and overall cash flowsSupport development of monthly business review and board presentation materialsBuild and maintain reporting outputs, dashboards, and supporting analysesCandidate ProfileRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, economics, or other related quantitative field)2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, project finance, or related fieldStrong Excel / financial modeling skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based industriesExposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, or treasury functionsExperience working with complex financial modelsWhy Join Us?
