You'll support those dealing with anxiety, low mood, challenging behaviours, family and peer relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and transition issues—all within educational settings.Your journey with us includes completing a 12-month Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Studies at Sheffield University. This training will equip you with the skills to deliver meaningful support, empowering young people to overcome life’s emotional challenges.Starting on a Compass Grade salary (equivalent to NHS AFC Band 4), you’ll advance to a Band 5 level upon successful completion of your course and qualification, allowing you to further your career while making a lasting impact on young lives.If you're shortlisted for an interview, please be prepared to complete a university assignment as part of the recruitment process.If you’re passionate about supporting mental health in educational environments and are eager to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you! Join our team and help shape brighter futures for children and young people.About YouYou will have to demonstrate in your application that you have the ability to work at degree level or have an equivalent level of relevant experience, with a proven record of previous learning or formal study in child development, wellbeing or mental health.
