Flexa Systems is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to meet diverse industrial automation needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lewisville, TX, for an Electronics Repair Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronics at the component level, performing soldering tasks, troubleshooting electronic issues, and ensuring all repairs meet company standards. Additional duties include maintaining and testing electronic systems, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with inventory management for parts and supplies.QualificationsProficiency in Electronics Repair and SolderingStrong skills in Electronic Troubleshooting and general TroubleshootingKnowledge of Electronics Technology and related systemsAbility to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical manualsAttention to detail and a focus on quality assurance in repairsExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyDiploma or associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field preferredExperience with industrial automation equipment (e.g., HMIs, PLCs, VFDs) is a plus
