Independence Preparatory Academy is a new, academically challenging, highly structured, and joyful K-8 school in Fairfield, AL. We will continue to grow until we reach a total capacity of 485 students in kindergarten through eighth grade. If so, Independence Preparatory Academy could be your perfect fit!To achieve our vision, we seek a School Operations Associate who meets the following qualifications:Minimum of two years of college coursework or an Associate's degree required1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, receptionist, or similar role preferredStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detailProficiency with Google Workspace and basic office technology systems preferredRequirementsJOIN THE MISSIONAs a School Operations Associate, you will serve as the face of Independence Preparatory Academy by maintaining the front office and creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for scholars, families, staff, and visitors. This role will also provide administrative support to the Founder and Executive Director through calendar management, communication support, organization of documents and systems, and coordination of operational tasks.The School Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the effectiveness of school leadership. The salary range for this position is between $29,691 and $34,464.
