As a Behavioral Health Therapist - Psychologist at Chapa-De Indian Health, you'll work alongside primary care providers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services in an integrated, team-based environment.Salary: $118,800- $140,200 full time annual salary.Benefit Highlights:Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.17 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)Retirement Plan with 6% matchCME allowanceDuties:Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals.Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care providers and assist with program development.Experience and SkillsQualifications:Licensed PsychologistMinimum of three (3) years' experience working in a Behavioral Health Program.Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families and children.Must be able to relate, understand, and have a working knowledge of the Indigenous Community.BLS certification.
