Sweet Paris | Mall of America | Cashier Needed Cashier Responsibilities and Duties Greet every guest who walks up to the counter. Present a positive, professional image to every guest. Always greet guests with a SMILE. If a guest seems confused or undecided, explain the Sweet Paris concept, and inform them of our more popular crepes. Upsell by offering specific beverages: wines, beer, coffee, soda and offering Sweet Crepes if they have only ordered Savory Crepes. Always repeat the order back to the guest. Double-check the guest's ticket number. Direct guests to the Service Station and remind them that we have water and utensils there, as well as cream and sugars for their coffee. If a guest orders a regular coffee, give them the coffee mug while at the counter with a coffee spoon. Wipe all cups for coffee drips and serve to the guest with a coffee spoon. Do not serve drinks from behind the line. Go around the counter to hand drinks to guests. All other beverages must be delivered to the guest's table. Always serve beverages first. Answer the phone within two (2) rings and follow Sweet Paris phone procedures. Accurately enter guest orders on POS and process all transactions according to Sweet Paris standards. Thank guests as they leave. Maintain knowledge of the Sweet Paris menu in order to help guests with their order.
