This is an exciting opportunity to advise public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and senior executives on sophisticated compensation and benefits matters in connection with high-profile corporate transactions.The role will involve advising on executive employment arrangements, equity incentive plans, deferred compensation, and benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other strategic matters. Associates will work closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex and market-leading deals across a broad range of industries.Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits at a leading law firm, strong drafting and analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials.
