MS Dynamic CRM Architect

Role: MS Dynamic CRM Architect Experience: 10 to 14 Years Notice period: Immediate JD: Total experience required 10 - 14 years. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features. Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics. Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes. Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory J-18808-Ljbffr
