Your Impact: Drive with Skill & Deliver with Precision You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient vehicle transport operations.Operate with Expertise: Safely maneuver a tractor truck in tight spaces, narrow passageways, and challenging environments.Load & Secure Vehicles: Load, position, and secure vehicles according to manufacturer specifications while ensuring proper weight distribution within legal limits.Ensure Safe Transport: Protect vehicles from damage through proper handling, positioning, and securement techniques.Perform Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.Maintain Compliance: Complete driving logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.Coordinate Operations: Maintain communication with dispatch and monitor shipment status throughout the day.Maintain Equipment & Operational Excellence Your attention to detail ensures both safety and efficiency.Verify Freight: Inspect and verify vehicles against documentation, noting discrepancies or damage.Maintain Equipment: Keep truck interior and exterior clean and operationally ready.Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety regulations and actively participate in safety meetings.What You Bring You are a skilled, safety-focused driver with proven auto transport experience.High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of recent Class A driving experience2+ years of automobile hauling experienceValid Class A CDL with hazardous endorsementsValid TWIC cardMust meet all DOT requirements, including physical qualifications and drug testing standardsMinimum age of 21 (interstate driving requirement)Driving Record Requirements No DUI or reckless driving convictionsNo more than 2 points in the last 12 monthsNo more than 3 points in the last 36 monthsNo failure to appear (FTA) chargesNo more than 1 at-fault accidentSubmission of a 10-year MVR (within last 30 days) requiredYour Strengths Strong safety mindset and commitment to complianceHigh attention to detail when loading and securing vehiclesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication skills with dispatch and operations teamsCommitted to modeling The Pasha Way: Excellence, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, and TeamworkWork Environment & Physical Demands This is a physically demanding, hands-on role performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.Deliver 10–50 vehicles per day with repeated loading and unloading cyclesLift and maneuver up to 75 lbs frequentlyClimb 8–10 feet, crouch, kneel, and secure loads using chains and ratchetsOperate manual transmission vehicles in all road and weather conditionsEnter and exit vehicles with limited clearance (24”)Walk and stand on uneven surfaces for extended distancesWhy Join Pasha Distribution Services LLC At Pasha Distribution Services, our drivers are essential to delivering excellence across our logistics network.
