Phoenix, Arizona 85001 Posted October 8th, 2026 Job Type: Full Time Job Category: IT Job Description Technical Program Manager GitHub Migration Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Fulltime -Job Description- Experience Required - 6+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Lead and manage large-scale enterprise GitHub migration programs with strong expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, DevOps, and source code/repository migrations. • Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, platform, security, and DevOps teams; prior GitHub migration leadership experience preferred. Roles & Responsibilities • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise Test and Scan platforms within CI/CD. • Drive modernization and standardization of functional testing, performance testing, application security scanning, and test management capabilities. • Partner with Engineering, QA, Security, DevSecOps, and Architecture teams to identify requirements and prioritize platform capabilities. • Improve the developer experience by simplifying Test and Scan integration within GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows. • Drive enterprise adoption of standardized testing and scanning capabilities while reducing pipeline friction and developer effort. • Define and track KPIs covering adoption, reliability, developer experience, quality, security, feedback-cycle time, and productivity. • Evaluate technologies and vendors and establish a long-term Test and Scan platform modernization roadmap. • Identify and deliver GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities for test generation, test optimization, failure/scan analysis, root-cause identification, remediation, and workflow orchestration. • Establish appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for AI-driven actions. • Evolve Test and Scan from a collection of tools into a modern, intelligent, AI-enabled developer platform.
