Developmental Disabilities Program Coordinator

If you're organized, compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you! *What You Get To Do as a Program Coordinator.* Lead & Develop Your Team * Provide regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance. * Help ensure staff have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. * Conduct staff meetings and participate in required trainings. * Support supervisors in developing their leadership and management skills. Support the Individuals We Serve * Ensure individuals receive the services and supports outlined in their Individual Plans. * Advocate for individuals' rights, choices, health, safety, and well-being. * Build positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners. Keep Programs Running Smoothly * Develop and monitor staffing schedules based on individual needs and staffing requirements. * Conduct regular visits to assigned homes to monitor operations, cleanliness, safety, and quality of services. * Monitor service documentation, medication administration, healthcare appointments, and other program requirements. * Assist with Individual Plan meetings and implementation.
