Wyoming also offers NO state income tax, allowing you to keep more of what you earn while enjoying an affordable lifestyle and excellent quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of electrical and instrumentation techniciansTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and automation issuesOversee PLC systems, SCADA, and plant control networksMaintain and improve 480V 3-phase motor control systems and MCCsManage VFDs, control loops, and instrumentation calibrationEnsure reliability, safety, and minimal downtimePartner closely with Operations and Engineering leadershipQualificationsStrong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk, industrial automation, and plant control systemsDeep knowledge of 480V motor controls, VFDs, MCCs, and electrical troubleshootingExperience with instrumentation and 4-20mA transmitters, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level devicesBackground in industrial manufacturing environments such as food processing, plastics, paper/pulp, cement, building materials, packaging, grain processing, ethanol, or other heavy industrial manufacturing environmentsPrior supervisory, team leadership, or maintenance leadership experience preferredStrong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to lead teams through equipment and process issues in a fast-paced plant environmentHands-on, proactive, and growth-oriented leadership styleWhat’s OfferedCompetitive compensation packageRelocation assistanceDirect reporting line to the Chief Operations OfficerStable industrial operation with long-term opportunityStrong leadership visibility and career growth potential
