Senior Litigation Case Manager

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Case Manager to become an integral member of a top ranked litigation team at one of our prestigious global law firm clients! The team is in full growth mode, as this will be an additional hire for this role within the team!This position is a tremendous opportunity to play a pivotal role in the complex eDiscovery process, working directly with partners, senior attorneys, clients, and vendors to ensure that matters are proactively and correctly executed.The role will require the ability to work some overtime (approximately 5-10 hours a week), and the firm operates in a hybrid structure (3 days onsite in DC and 2 days remote).RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate and implement logistical, operational, and case management aspects of assigned mattersDevelop and implement detailed action plans, tracking systems, templates, and training materials across multiple workflowsAssist with court admissions, filings, and briefings, discovery and document reviewPartner with clients and case teams to help align discovery strategy with broader litigation objectivesEnsure that document productions support factual and legal positions across multiple jurisdictionsCoordinate with all stakeholders to maintain consistency in discovery positions, production strategy, and case narrativesOversee the planning, management, and execution of document review and production workflows while being adaptable to evolving discovery needsLeverage prior document reviews, productions, and work product to streamline subsequent discovery efforts to reduce duplicative effortsProactively anticipate future discovery demands to design workflows that address immediate production requirementsSupervise and guide litigation service providers and eDiscovery vendorsUtilize advanced capabilities with litigation technology and processesDirect and oversee data processing, document review workflows, analytics, and production in collaboration with vendors and/or internal litigation support teamsIdentify and communicate potential delays or risks in order to prevent and resolve issuesMentor and develop junior lawyers and support staffREQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex litigations involving large amounts of discoveryProfessional level expertise with litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Opus 2) and document review workflows, including analytics and technology-assisted reviewPrevious experience in leadership roles, managing teams and processesProactive project management skills, including process development, defining staffing needs, identifying and resolving inefficiencies, and anticipating issues before they ariseExperience managing vendors and external partners, including coordination, performance oversight, and cost managementFlexibility to meet the demands of complex litigation, including travel and extended hours as needed
