Program Manager - Manufacturing

Overview In this role you lead large photonics production programs within CACI’s Spectrum Superiority line, guiding development-to-production transitions for advanced optical/electronic systems. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts to customers, and implement program, production, and quality practices to improve processes and maintain competitiveness. You will shape strategic growth plans for the Photonics organization and interface with executives and customers to deliver high-precision systems. This is a high-impact role with a focus on DoD-relevant, high-performance photonics programs.
