Here is the revised job spec for the plsql developer, we also need python development experience.
Expert oracle PL/SQL developer (preferably worked on oracle 19c or higher version, RAC or Exadata environments)
Used dynamic sql, bulk collects, AWR reports, sql Profiles, partitioning, materialized views
Advanced Python development experience with libraries like sqlalchemy, cx_oracle etc
Experience with application development using REST APIs and microservices
Worked with JSON data and payloads
Tools such as GIT, VS Code, Postman

Experience:
Oracle PL/SQL: 8 years (Preferred)
Python: 7 years (Preferred)
RESTful API: 3 years (Preferred)
Microservices: 3 years (Preferred)
