As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Bakery Production Manager to help lead production, maintain standards, develop team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about producing exceptional baked goods.Position OverviewThe Bakery Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production, maintaining quality standards, managing workflow, training team members, and ensuring products are executed consistently every day.This role plays a critical part in protecting the quality, consistency, and reputation of the Co-Dough brand.ResponsibilitiesProduction OversightOversee daily bakery production from start to finishEnsure products are produced on time and according to company standardsMonitor dough development, proofing, baking, frying, filling, finishing, and packagingMaintain consistency across all productsEnsure production goals are met efficiently each dayQuality ControlInspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and correct issues before products reach customersMinimize waste through attention to detail and proactive problem-solvingMaintain high standards for appearance, texture, flavor, and consistencyTeam LeadershipTrain, coach, and support production team membersHelp onboard new employees and ensure proper execution of proceduresSet clear expectations and maintain accountability within the production teamFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environmentSystems & OrganizationHelp improve workflows and production efficiencyAssist in developing and maintaining standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environmentCommunicate inventory needs and assist with production planningQualificationsPrevious bakery, kitchen, or food production leadership experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvementAbility to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who notices the details, takes ownership, and leads by example.The ideal candidate understands that consistency matters, quality matters, and every product that leaves the bakery reflects the Co-Dough brand.
