Our team values integrity, accountability, craftsmanship, and strong leadership in the field.Position OverviewThe General Project Manager / Superintendent is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role manages schedules, subcontractors, budgets, safety, quality, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across varied sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects from planning through completionLead on-site operations and a team of superintendentAct as superintendent when necessaryEnsure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirementsCoordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and government representativesOversee quality control and ensure high workmanship standardsReview plans, specifications, and change ordersTrack progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risksMaintain project documentation and reportingOther xhyhwjd related tasks as assignedQualificationsExperience in construction project management and/or superintendent rolesExperience with government, medical/dental, commercial, or residential construction preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and contractsStrong problem-solving skills and communication skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsitesExperience working with federal, state, or local government contracts is a plus
