Packaging Operator Supervisor

Openwork is currently sourcing an experienced Packaging Supervisor for a valued client. This position is ideal for candidates with Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) machine experience and leadership experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment. Training will begin at a separate facility before transitioning to the new location. Responsibilities Supervise daily packaging operations and production staff. Ensure safe and efficient operation of FFS packaging equipment. Monitor production schedules, packaging quality, and department KPIs. Train and support team members while maintaining productivity. Complete and verify production documentation and reports. Coordinate with operations to meet production goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications Experience operating or supervising FFS packaging machines. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics. Proficient with Microsoft Office and email. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
