Whether you are looking for a street-legal low-speed vehicle, a golf fleet, or a rugged utility cart, C2 Vehicles offers the region's largest inventory and most experienced team.Position Summary:C2 Vehicles is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our headquarters team in Wareham, MA. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing payment processing, and collections.Key Responsibilities:Process, track, and record customer payments accurately, efficiently, and on timeGenerate and distribute invoices daily to customersPrepare, review, and send customer statements monthly and upon requestRespond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve disputes effectivelyIdentify opportunities to streamline the accounts receivable process and improve performanceDetect invoicing errors, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actionsExecute and refine collection processes to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via phone, email, and mail, while documenting all interactionsReview credit holds twice daily (or as requested), releasing or contacting customers for paymentCollaborate closely with the sales team regarding customer accounts and past-due balancesSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesMaintain and update Bad Debt reservesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roleExperience working with ERP systemsStrong computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies quicklyExcellent customer communication skills and pleasant phone mannersSuperb time management and detail orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiersVisual acuity to read printed materials and a computer screenAbility to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via emailBenefits:Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and FSA plans to keep you and your family healthyPaid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off in your first yearRetirement: 401(k) plan with company match to help you plan for the futureCompany Paid Benefits: Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability and AD&DCompensation:The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 Per hour.
