Marketing AssistantFull-time - $60,000 – $65,000X4 are partnered with a fast-growing medical device organisation based in New Jersey who are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied marketing role, supporting both digital activity and high-impact events within the pharmaceutical and medical device space.What you’ll be doingIn this role, you’ll get involved in a wide mix of marketing activity, including:Supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website content, and online advertisingHelping to create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and branded assets using design toolsConducting market and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and new opportunitiesProviding day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager, including administration, reporting, scheduling, content management, and project trackingTaking a lead role in trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship events from planning through to executionManaging full event logistics including travel arrangements, vendor coordination, registrations, shipping, booth setup, and on-site supportDeveloping timelines, schedules, and post-event reviews to help continuously improve deliverySupporting budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and general financial administration for marketing activitiesWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related fieldAround 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within pharma or medical devicesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident using social media, email marketing tools, and basic design platformsStrong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adobe and Figma experience is a plusA collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when neededFlexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends for eventsWillingness to travel within the US is advantageousIf you are interested and qualified, please reach me at o.archer@x4lifesciences.com
