Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a luxury automotive organization, is seeking a skilled Lounge Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day lounge operations, delivering elevated guest experiences, and supporting high-end experiential events within an exclusive customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will balance hospitality, operations, and event coordination while representing a globally recognized luxury brand with professionalism and discretion.Job Duties:Manage daily operations of a private luxury showroom and event spaceCoordinate guest appointments, lounge programming, and event schedulingOversee vendor relationships including catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and AV supportEnsure the lounge remains organized, stocked, and presentation ready at all timesDeliver personalized experiences for guests, partners, and stakeholdersSupport execution of branded events, activations, and customer engagement programsManage budgets, event recaps, reporting, and operational tracking documentationCoordinate with corporate teams, external agencies, and partner organizations on event logistics and compliance requirementsSkills & ExperienceRequired:5+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, experiential marketing, or customer experience environmentsExperience managing high-touch customer interactions and premium eventsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordExperience coordinating vendors, contracts, budgets, and event logisticsAbility to work onsite in New York City with flexibility for evenings and weekendsExperience preparing operational reports, presentations, and event recapsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and support physical event setup activitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDesired:Experience supporting luxury or premium consumer brandsBackground in event marketing or experiential activationsFamiliarity with hospitality operations and showroom managementExperience collaborating with external agencies and brand partnersExposure to customer engagement programs within luxury environmentsExperience supporting executive-level guests or VIP clientelePrevious experience within automotive, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury service industriesBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
