This role focuses on growing the standard and special engineered pumps business through strategic sales and strong market engagement.About the RoleThis is an opportunity for a technically capable sales professional with strong engineered pumps experience, able to apply a value-based selling approach to drive order intake and profitability. This is a remote role.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and maximize order intake for standard and special engineered pumps across water and industrial projectsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, and end usersLead technical and commercial proposal development and manage customer discussionsIdentify new business opportunities and market trendsProvide technical support to customers and internal teamsManage opportunities and activity via CRM and ERP systemsDeliver technical presentations and support cross-functional collaboration with global teams QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar6–12 years’ experience in engineered pump sales, covering standard and custom projects Required SkillsStrong network across North American engineering firms, EPCs, end users, and municipalitiesSolid knowledge of the water sector and pump technologiesProficient with CRM, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS OfficeAble to work independently and collaborate across international teamsResults-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills
