Thisindividual will assist the Department Manager with other duties such as evaluating theprogress of the staff, maintaining employee records, quality assurance, etc.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead, supervise and develop departmental teams.Oversee and direct the daily activities of the staff.Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Department Manager.Prepare and conduct staff training.Maintain time and attendance records for staff.Problem solve operational issue.Conduct performance reviews.Assist with hiring.Delegation and inspection of workflows.Uphold a strong commitment to business ethics, including confidentiality and dataprivacy.Maintain consistent performance to achieve predefined performance metrics.Strictly adhere to compliance regulations and security policies.Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws.Coordinate and/or assume responsibilities for employees during absenteeism, heavyworkloads, etc.Coordinate overtime with the Department Manager to accommodate workloadsMeet goals and objectives as assigned by management.Report and document employee disciplinary problems to the Department Manager.Adhere to prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbookand the Employee Code of Conduct.Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program.Assist with other projects as assigned by management.Qualifications:The qualifications listed below are representative of the background, knowledge, skill,and/or ability required to perform their duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
