Regional/OTR - Refrigerated/Dry Van CDL Truck Driver

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Regional/OTR Reefer Driver to join our growing team. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. * Experience with reefer freight OR dry freight strongly preferred. * Clean MVR and strong safety record. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly. * Must pass required background checks and drug screening. Compensation & Benefits * Percentage Pay: * * Starting at 22% , increasing up to 28% based on performance and experience. * Annual Bonuses: * * Up to $8,000 per year, distributed throughout the year. * Referral Bonus: * * $500 for each qualified driver referral. * Consistent freight and miles. * Supportive dispatch and operational team. * Opportunity for long-term growth and increased earnings.
