Colorado- Construction Marketing Coordinator

Owen-Ames-Kimball, a commercial general contractor with a 131-year history, has offices in Colorado, Michigan, and Florida. The Colorado branch, now in its third year, seeks marketing support to assist our expanding team. The role aims to enhance brand recognition in the market and secure new construction projects through proposals and interviews. Situated in Castle Rock, the office is strategically positioned to serve clients from Colorado Springs to North Denver. We place a strong emphasis on work/life balance for all staff members. The role will report to the Director of Strategic Development and will work alongside a Senior Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities: Write resumes, proposal content, project descriptions, social media content, etc. Work with technical staff to develop content that connects with target audience Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop holistic marketing materials, primarily InDesign Conduct market research on target audiences Maintain and update social media platforms Design, order, and maintain swag Plan and execute special events such as trade shows, groundbreaking ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, and open houses Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Assist in maintaining the company’s website content and layout Coordinate with national marketing team on national marketing initiatives such as website and social media Coordinate specialized consultants (photographers, printers, etc.) Active involvement in professional and community organizations The ideal candidate will possess: Education and Experience: Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, or related field. Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills. Highly organized. Knowledgeable of database concepts. Basic understanding of marketing principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
