More than vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment with their audiences — wherever they take place.The RoleWe are looking to hire a Contracts Specialist to lead client contract review, negotiation support, and contract governance across the organization. In this role, you’ll ensure that agreements align with company risk standards, insurance requirements, and operational realities while supporting teams across Client Success, Experience Delivery, Finance, and Legal.Reporting to the SVP, Finance, you’ll serve as the primary internal resource for contract interpretation, compliance, and negotiation support. This role requires a thoughtful balance of legal awareness, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure agreements are clear, compliant, and operationally sound.Key ResponsibilitiesLead review and revision of commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), entertainment agreements, and related contractsSupport negotiation of client and partner contracts, ensuring alignment with company risk standards and operational capabilitiesEvaluate legal, financial, and operational risk exposure and provide clear recommendations to Finance and executive leadershipServe as the internal escalation point for non-standard vendor and freelancer agreementsCoordinate with outside counsel on complex or high-risk contractual mattersProvide clear contract summaries and guidance to Client Success and Experience Delivery teamsOversee compliance with insurance requirements and review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for contractual alignmentMaintain and manage the company’s contract repository, templates, and legal playbookMonitor contract workflows and ensure timely review and completion of agreementsProvide internal guidance and training on contract standards, risk awareness, and compliance requirementsSupport music licensing agreements and ensure compliance with copyright and usage requirementsRecommend improvements to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiencyWhat Success Looks LikeContracts are reviewed efficiently while maintaining strong protection of company interestsInternal teams have clear guidance on contract terms, obligations, and risk considerationsContract standards and templates are consistently applied across the organizationVendor and freelancer agreements are evaluated effectively and escalated appropriately when neededContract governance processes improve over time, increasing clarity, compliance, and operational efficiencyCross-functional teams view you as a trusted partner who helps navigate complex agreements with confidenceYou’ll Thrive If You…Bring 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related fieldHave strong familiarity with commercial contract structures including indemnity, limitation of liability, and insurance provisionsAre comfortable evaluating contractual risk and providing clear business-oriented recommendationsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders across finance, legal, client-facing teams, and external partnersAre highly organized and able to manage multiple agreements and priorities simultaneouslyThrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bringing clarity to complex situationsTake pride in creating processes that strengthen compliance and operational efficiencyAt Invision, this role isn’t about checking boxes. Experience within an agency, marketing, consulting, or professional services environment is preferred.Travel: Minimal travel may be required. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.Compensation & BenefitsFor this role, we offer a base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
