Director of Sales

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our national and international sales, marketing, inside sales, and customer service operations. Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and independent sales representatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to support company growthManage national and international sales operations, customer service, and inside sales teamsIdentify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channelsBuild and maintain strong partnerships with customers, distributors, OEMs, and sales representativesMonitor sales performance, market trends, forecasts, and profitability goalsCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support new business development and product initiativesManage annual budgets, strategic plans, pricing processes, and quarterly business reviewsRepresent the company with major customers and industry partnersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience in a technical or industrial environmentStrong background managing direct sales teams and manufacturer representative networksProven ability to drive business growth and develop strategic customer relationshipsExcellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft OfficeAdditional Requirements:Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
