This role plays an important part in supporting our daily showroom operations and growing our customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a friendly and professional mannerHelp customers explore cabinet and flooring options based on their needs and preferencesProvide product information, basic pricing guidance, and showroom assistanceSupport the sales process by following up with customer inquiries and leadsMaintain an organized and presentable showroom environmentCoordinate with the team on customer orders, product availability, and schedulingAssist with basic design consultations (training provided if needed)QualificationsBilingual: Fluent in English and SpanishStrong customer service and communication skillsSales or retail experience preferredInterest in home improvement, cabinets, flooring, or interior design is a plusBasic computer and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environmentCabinet design experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
