Kitting and Stock Room Clerk

DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for accurately picking and kitting materials according to work orders.Essential FunctionsRead and interpret work orders and lists to pick components required for production.Organize and label kits clearly according to procedures, including proper ESD protection and moisture-sensitive device guidelines.Return unused or excess materials to stock.Perform inventory transactions in the ERP software system during picking, kitting and return to stock.Support production by delivering materials to the floor.Identify and report any material shortages, discrepancies, revisions errors, or quality issues.Assist with shipping/receiving when needed and prepare materials for supplier returns or RMA processes.Maintain a clean, organized and ESD-safe work area.Follow all company safety, quality, and ITAR/ISO procedures.RequirementsRequires accuracy and accountability with inventory records.Ability to work independently and part as a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Good reading comprehension and numerical skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.Physical RequirementsRequired use of ESD foot straps.Moderate noise levels and a temperature-controlled environment.Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions are required. Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1+ experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or kitting role, preferably in manufacturing.Ability to read and follow verbal instructions in English.Basic computer skills.Experience using barcode scanners and inventory control systems. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
