Orthodontic Sales RepresentativeHeartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an orthodontic sales representative to support a high-growth, well-funded startup in the orthodontic clear aligner and digital treatment planning space.This is a territory ownership role designed for a hunter-style sales professional who will be one of the founding members of the sales organization. The role focuses on selling next-generation digital orthodontic planning technology into orthodontic practices, with an emphasis on new account acquisition and conversion of existing high-volume orthodontist relationships.This position plays a critical role in scaling the company's go-to-market strategy and driving early-stage revenue growth. The ideal candidate is startup-ready, thrives in competitive environments, and can generate pipeline quickly while engaging sophisticated clinical customers.Key responsibilities:Hunt and acquire new orthodontic accounts across the assigned territoryConvert existing high-volume orthodontist relationships into active usersDrive utilization and adoption to meet aggressive early revenue goalsProvide high-level clinical and technical discussions around digital workflows, biomechanics, and treatment planningPosition the platform as a superior clinical and operational solution compared to existing market optionsRequirements:Proven hunter-style sales experience selling directly into orthodontic practicesExisting book of business with high-volume orthodontistsExperience selling innovative or disruptive technology in a competitive marketStrong understanding of clear aligner systems, digital dentistry, and orthodontic treatment planningAbility to discuss advanced biomechanics and digital workflow economics with cliniciansStartup mindset with the ability to generate pipeline quickly and operate autonomouslyAbility to work full-time in a field-based sales role covering the Seattle, WA territoryHeartline Staffing is a strategic talent partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
