Wealth Advisor II

Role Overview The Wealth Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact with Wealth clients, maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones. The role focuses on delivering goals-based investment strategies and financial plans. Key Responsibilities Serve as client’s primary point of contact. Deliver on client service standards to maximize satisfaction and drive retention and acquisition. Generate sales leads through cross-function collaboration, centers of influence, and personal contacts. Develop perspective on clients by gathering personal data and information on financial situations, goals, objectives, and risk. Select specific FFB asset allocation strategies according to client goals and risk tolerances. Implement FFB asset allocation strategies for new and incremental assets within client accounts. Coordinate unique portfolio requirements or client situations with the FFB Investment Committee. Deliver annual investment reviews to clients. Communicate updates to FFB portfolio strategies to clients and prospects. Utilize financial planning to drive client retention and acquisition. Serve on the FFB Investment Committee as client advocate and strategy consultant. Complete regulator investment review requirements for assigned client accounts and adhere to other compliance guidelines. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Five (5) years of successful investment and/or portfolio management experience. Experience working with clients who have medium-complexity investment and financial planning needs. Relationship-management experience with clients. Knowledge of investment solutions, risk management, asset allocation, and program design. Demonstrated knowledge and use of financial planning software. Business development experience and strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in banking or financial services. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; CFA or CFP preferred. Demonstrated commitment to professional development. Knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Compliance Requirements The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by state and federal law and regulation, and all related policies and procedures.
