Team members take pride in treating each car as if it were their own, with a strong focus on service, safety, and trust.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Queens, NY. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure customer vehicles are safe and operating efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include completing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements, along with troubleshooting mechanical issues and recommending appropriate repairs. The role involves working with suspension and other key systems, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with service advisors and other team members. The technician will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, follow shop procedures, and support a positive, customer-centered environment.Qualifications Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.Hands-on experience performing Oil Changes and other routine service tasks.Strong skills in Automotive Repair, including basic diagnostics and component replacement.Knowledge of Suspension systems and related inspection, repair, and adjustment procedures.Ability to use common automotive tools, diagnostic equipment, and service documentation.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented shop.Relevant technical training, certification (e.g., ASE) or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Queens, NY, stand for extended periods, and safely lift automotive components as needed.
