Its portfolio includes natural extracts (oleoresins, juices and concentrates), an exclusive range of synthetic colors for the cosmetics and household goods industries, industrial colors, and animal feed additives.The Technical Program Coordinator – Global Innovations provides technical, administrative, and program coordination support directly to the Vice President of Global Innovations. This role helps ensure that key innovation projects and initiatives are organized, tracked, and progressing effectively.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical environment. The position requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, manage administrative activities, and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, project coordination, and executive support and wants broad exposure to global innovation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project CoordinationSupport the VP of Global Innovations in coordinating technical projects, initiatives, and strategic activities.Maintain project schedules, timelines, action-item lists, and status trackers.Coordinate meetings with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.Follow up on project deliverables, action items, and deadlines to help ensure timely completion.Assist with organizing technical information, project documentation, and presentations.Help coordinate cross-functional activities involving R&D, engineering, operations, commercial teams, and external partners.Identify and communicate schedule changes, outstanding actions, and potential issues to the VP and relevant stakeholders.Administrative & Executive SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Global Innovations.Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-up activities.Prepare meeting materials, presentations, correspondence, and other documents.Organize and maintain files, project records, reports, and confidential information.Assist with expense reporting, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes as needed.Coordinate communications and information flow among the VP, project teams, and key stakeholders.Travel CoordinationCoordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.Prepare and maintain detailed travel schedules and supporting information.Assist with travel-related expense reporting and documentation.Coordinate travel logistics for meetings, conferences, customer visits, technical reviews, and other innovation-related activities.Reporting & CommunicationCompile project updates and information from technical and business teams.Prepare recurring status reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for the VP of Global Innovations.Track key milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.Help translate technical project information into clear, concise updates for management.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of reports and meeting follow-ups.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, business, project management, or a related field preferred.0-2 years of experience in program coordination, project administration, technical support, engineering support, or a similar role.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with technical information and communicating with engineering, R&D, and other technical teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and project updates.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Willingness to travel occasionally as required.Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an executive, technical leader, R&D organization, or innovation team.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Experience working in a global or multinational organization.Basic understanding of engineering, product development, R&D, or innovation processes.Experience coordinating international travel and meetings across multiple time zones.
