# Lead Generator Technician **Personalized Power Systems – Coral Springs, FL** Personalized Power Systems is hiring an experienced **Lead Generator Technician** to join our growing team in Coral Springs, FL. We are a leading residential generator company specializing in the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of whole-home generators. This is a great opportunity for an experienced generator technician who is ready to take the lead in the field, work with a strong team, and grow with an established home services company. ## What You'll Do * Lead and perform residential standby generator installations, repairs, and maintenance * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and generator system issues * Work with leading generator brands including Generac, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton * Troubleshoot and repair generator systems efficiently and professionally * Oversee installation projects and ensure work is completed safely and to company standards * Guide and mentor junior technicians and helpers in the field * Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain system operation and recommended repairs * Complete service documentation and maintain accurate job records * Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment * Represent Personalized Power Systems professionally in customers' homes ## What We're Looking For * Previous experience installing, servicing, or repairing standby generators * Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve generator issues * Experience with Generac, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, or similar systems preferred * Leadership experience or the ability to confidently lead a crew * Strong customer service and communication skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions * Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently while also supporting a team ## Why Join Personalized Power Systems? * Established and growing home services company * Strong reputation in the South Florida market * Work with a highly experienced team * Opportunity for career advancement * Consistent residential work * Professional training and development * Long-term opportunity with a company that values its employees * Be part of a company with **25+ years in the generator business and 5,000+ generator installations** **Location:** Coral Springs, FL If you're an experienced generator technician who is ready to take the next step into a lead role, we'd like to hear from you.
