Job Summary The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders using a handheld RF scanner and Deposco WMS. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while meeting productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders using a handheld RF scanner. Locate and retrieve products from assigned warehouse locations. Process picking tasks in Deposco WMS. Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition. Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow warehouse safety procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse picking experience required. Experience using handheld RF scanners required. Familiarity with Deposco WMS preferred. Ability to accurately follow picking instructions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Basic English communication skills required.
