City Wide is known for delivering exceptional service and fostering trusted client-manager relationships.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive, people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support and enhance all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees by delivering high-quality HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, and talent development.The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong recruiting experience, and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture while driving operational excellence.TALENT ACQUISITIONManage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plansCreate compelling job postings and employer branding initiatives to attract top talentUtilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral programs to build strong candidate pipelinesCoordinate and conduct interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experienceSupport offer development, background checks, and pre-employment processesAnalyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention trendsDrive diversity recruitment initiatives and talent engagement strategiesONBOARDINGFacilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure successful employee integrationPartner with leadership to develop engagement initiatives and recognition programsCoordinate employee communications, events, and culture-building activitiesSupport employee wellness and retention initiativesTALENT DEVELOPMENTAssist leaders with performance management processes, goal setting, coaching, and employee developmentSupport talent review discussions and succession planning initiativesCoordinate training programs and professional development opportunitiesHelp identify organizational development needs and recommend solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demandsProficiency with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience supporting multi-site or high-growth organizationsKnowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategiesExperience with employee engagement initiatives and culture developmentCore CompetenciesTalent Acquisition & RecruitingEmployee RelationsBusiness PartnershipPerformance ManagementHR ComplianceCommunication & InfluenceProblem SolvingChange ManagementOrganizational DevelopmentConfidentiality & Professionalism
