Inside Sales Support

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Support position plays a critical role in the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate in this highly visible position will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: Organize and track deliverables to include NDAs, proposals, CPAs, etc. Track, update and manage sales activities in Salesforce Maintain organized records of sales activities, correspondence, and customer interactions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Strong Salesforce background required Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC OEM industry Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets High level of self-motivation and resilience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
