Instructor-Teacher Software Automation Java Selenium

DMVTEK is looking for a skilled Software Automation Instructor with strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium to train and mentor students pursuing careers in QA automation.What You’ll Do • Deliver structured, instructor-led training on Java-based Selenium automation • Break down complex concepts into clear, beginner-friendly lessons • Guide students through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios • Support learners with assignments, interview preparation, and technical challenges • Track progress and provide actionable feedback • Contribute to improving curriculum and training materialsWhat We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium • Strong knowledge of Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Maven, Git, and frameworks • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar) • Experience with API testing (Postman) and database validation • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics • Prior experience mentoring, teaching, or leading training sessionsNice to Have • Experience training adult learners or working in bootcamp-style environmentsWork Setup • Location: Falls Church, VA (in-person) • Schedule: Flexible (evenings / weekends / part-time options available) • Engagement: Full-time, Part-time, or ContractCompensation • Competitive hourly or project-based payApply Send your resume and a short note about your teaching experience to: info@dmvtek.com
