Cannabis, LLC in Springfield is currently looking for a budtender. We are a compassionate, dedicated team operating with integrity to provide quality products to our community and we are looking to add another member to our team! This position is a full-time position and the candidate must be able to work nights and weekends. Qualified candidates must also be organized, motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, and be a team player. This can be a fast paced environment at times, adaptability, accuracy, and the ability to multitask are important. Job Requirements: 21+ OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit Open availability; must be able to work weekends & nights Honest, Accountable, Consistent and Punctual Customer Service, Retail experience Able to adapt quickly Basic cannabis knowledge POS & Computer competent Basic cash handling and mathematical skills Reliable transportation Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work without consuming cannabis Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Shift: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
