This is a high-impact role with visibility to leadership, where your expertise directly influences project success from concept through execution.Why This Role Stands Out:High visibility and collaboration with executive leadershipOpportunity to influence bid strategy—not just executeDiverse project portfolio across commercial, infrastructure, and utility workStrong partnership with field teams and operationsA company culture built on Powered by People and doing things the right wayWhat You'll Do:Lead the full estimating lifecycle from initial review through final bid submissionAnalyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimatesBuild and manage detailed takeoffs, labor projections, and material pricingCollaborate with project managers, field leaders, and vendors to align on scope and executionIdentify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutionsSupport strategic bid decisions and project pursuit planningWhat you Bring:5+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project workflowsExperience with estimating software and takeoff toolsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracyStrong communication and collaboration skillsBonus if you have:Experience with DOT, utility, or infrastructure projectsDesign-build or EPC project experienceCompensation and Benefits:$110,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + performance incentives (based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for long-term growth and leadershipAt Rauhorn Electric, we’re a family-oriented team Powered by People.
