Job Description The Llano / Hill Country National Bank team is searching for two Customer Service Representative (CSRs); one to be based at our main branch in Llano, TX and the other will be based at our Hill Country National Bank location in Burnet, TX..Responsibilities:Provide setup and support for new accounts, online banking, debit cards and other services.Handle monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, safe deposit box payments and loan paymentsEducate customers in the products and services we offerAssist with support of loan customers and accountsOccasionally work in the Saturday rotationWork where needed within the branchReport to the Lobby ManagerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentBasic math and computer skillsCash-handling experiencePositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to pass background and credit checkCompany Description Llano / Hill Country National Bank is a locally owned community bank with its main office located in Llano, Texas at 1001 Ford Street.
