divh2Family Nurse Practitioner (Fnp)/h2pOur client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for their Greensboro, NC location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliClient Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients. The clinical care team will work with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for entire panel of patients./liliThis will include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning./liliThis role will be reported to the practice manager./liliProvide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients./liliProvide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment./liliBe responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes/liliPerform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care/liliEncourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic condition management/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliVerifiable High School Diploma or GED Required:/liliA minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in either a family medicine, primary care practice, or urgent care required./liliWorking knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions/liliSelf- motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for their patients and their practice/liliEffective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills/liliOutstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task/liliInitiative, problem solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility/liliAbility to work remotely in a clinical care team culture/liliAbility to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously/liliIs proficient with information management and technology/liliMasters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role./li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
