This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes are organized, efficient, and employee-focused while supporting the overall goals of the business.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ingredients: Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee SupportMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRIS systemsAssist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and payroll processesRecruiting & OnboardingCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationPrepare onboarding materials and new hire paperworkFacilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processesHR OperationsSupport HR reporting, metrics, and data trackingCoordinate employee recognition, engagement, and company eventsSupport leave administration and workers’ compensation documentationBenefits & ComplianceSupport benefits enrollment and employee benefit inquiriesAssist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR file managementThe Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred1–3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhy Join Our Table?At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history.
