You'll work directly with executive leadership, gain visibility with the board, and help shape the financial direction of an institution deeply rooted in its community.If you're currently feeling boxed into a transactional role, this is an opportunity to step into true leadership with influence, autonomy, and upward mobility.Position SummaryThe Head of Accounting will lead all accounting functions for a growing credit union, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls while contributing to broader financial strategy.
