Description General Manager – HVAC & PlumbingMidland, TX | Relocation Assistance Available An established HVAC and plumbing company in Midland, TX is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, team performance, and overall business success. You MUST have prior General Manager experience running an HVAC AND Plumbing company. What you’ll do Lead day-to-day operations across HVAC and plumbing teams Own P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams Improve processes, systems, and overall business performance Ensure a strong customer experience and positive team culture Partner with ownership on growth strategy and execution Requirements Qualifications of our next General Manager: Proven operational leadership experience managing and growing HVAC and plumbing businesses Experience leading both HVAC technicians and plumbers Responsible Master Plumber license strongly preferred Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems Demonstrated success owning and managing P&L Track record of hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams Experience stabilizing and scaling multi-location operations Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Compensation: Excellent salary and bonus plan!
