We're backed by the best vertical AI investors and we're building a small, high-agency team who want to own foundational systems in a category-defining company.Why This Role MattersWe're live with enterprise customers and the product barely scratches what the architecture can do. We need a Founding PM who can hold the full picture: what customers need today, what the platform can do tomorrow, and how to close that gap fast. You'll be the first dedicated product hire, working directly with the founders to shape the roadmap, sharpen the customer story, and raise the quality bar on everything we ship.What You'll OwnThe product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery and iterationDeep customer relationships with our enterprise accounts, translating operational complexity into product requirements engineers can build againstAI product quality: defining what good looks like, building feedback loops, and holding the team to a high bar on accuracy and reliabilityGo-to-market collaboration with the founders, helping shape how we position, price, and sell as the product evolvesThe hiring and culture bar for product as the team growsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of product experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startupComfortable going deep with enterprise customers and translating messy operational workflows into clear product requirementsStrong product instincts on AI-powered products -- you understand what makes an AI feature trustworthy, not just impressiveAble to move from customer insight to working prototype fast, validating with users before committing to engineeringExperience working in or alongside logistics, supply chain, fintech, or other data-heavy industries is a strong plusLow ego, high output; you do what needs doing without waiting to be askedBonus PointsExperience in fintech, enterprise AI, vertical software Familiarity with graph data models or context engineering conceptsExperience scaling a product from first enterprise customer to repeatable motionWhat to ExpectYou'll work directly with the founders with full ownership over the product surface from day one.
